If you wish to submit a Candidate(s) for this posting, please reply with your completed FORM 2 to the HBITS Contractors Mailbox by no later than 5:00 PM Monday, June 08 2026. Any submissions received after this date and time will not be considered.

Useful Information

• This is a Contract Year 07 Task Order Request and subject to the rates in effect pursuant to the Contract Award Notification Update dated June 30, 2025.
• If this Task Order allows for more than 1 Candidate submission per Contractor (either multiple Positions and/or two FORM 2 responses allowed per Position), each submission must be provided in separate emails. Do not submit multiple Candidates per email.
• Each email must contain the following information in the subject line. Doing so will ensure that all parties know which Candidate was released and which Candidate was forwarded to the Authorized User. Mislabeled emails may be rejected without notice or review.

• Example: HBITS-07-10050 ABC-Smith
• To assist with the uniformity of submissions and documents sent on to the Authorized Users, all attachments must be labeled as follows:

• We will not acknowledge receipt of submissions received.
• The "Sample Form 2” is provided only as a convenience to the Contractors. The information within the Form 1 Task Order Request is the prevailing information should there be any discrepancies between the two Forms. If one is discovered, please update your Form 2 accordingly and notify the HBITS Team. Note that it is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that they submit a properly completed Form 2.
• Task Order requests may not be sent to the Contractors in sequential order.
