| 60 months of daily experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC). | |||
| 60 months of experience managing and maintaining external state and federal interfaces | |||
| 60 months of experience managing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to Open Enrollment with one or more State-Based Marketplace or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace. | |||
| 36 months experience managing COVID 19-related projects, including eliciting and analyzing the requirements and implementing IT solutions | |||
