84 months of experience in Program and Project Planning and Execution with changing project requirements. 84 months of experience managing projects that involve Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) Integration and Operations preferrably in the transportation sector that includes cross-functional (business, technical, security and vendor) teams. 72 months of experience managing projects specific to transportation operations, traffic management, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). 72 months of experience with Stakeholder Management and Communication by developing and maintaining a stakeholder engagement plan, conflict resolution, documentation management, and regular reporting both written and verbal. 60 months of experience with Performance Measurement and Reporting 60 months of experience with process improvement evaluation and identification including project processes and methodologies, and post-project reviews. 48 months of experience in IT infrastructure and OT systems including cybersecurity principles and best practices in each. MUST hold these: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP)
