Job Title: Project Manager / Program Manager

Location: Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid)Duration: 06 Months + Extension

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program & Project Management Consultant (PgMP) to lead and deliver complex, large‑scale enterprise initiatives. This role requires a senior‑level professional who can operate at both the program and project level, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology execution across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings strong governance leadership, hands‑on delivery experience, and executive‑level communication skills to drive successful enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise program delivery, managing multiple interdependent projects under a unified governance structure
• Act as both Program Manager and Project Manager, providing strategic oversight while driving day‑to‑day execution
• Establish and enforce program governance, including reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure program outcomes align with organizational strategy and transformation goals
• Oversee large‑scale enterprise implementations (ERP, CRM, digital transformation, cloud migrations, etc.)
• Manage cross‑functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
• Drive dependency management, issue resolution, and critical path optimization across projects
• Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and quality standards
• Apply best practices in change management, resource planning, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Deliver executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and decision‑support artifacts

Required Qualifications:

• PgMP certification (required – PMP alone is not sufficient)
• 10–15+ years of experience in program and project management
• Proven success delivering large‑scale enterprise implementations
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar programs and globally distributed teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in consulting and/or client‑facing environments
