Job Description

Location: Irvine, CASalary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $57.00 USD HourlyDescription: Business Focus

• Bracing and prosthetics business

• Projects include pricing, competitive bidding, and broader business initiatives

• Work centers on organizing work, cross-team alignment, and driving execution

• More strategic than technical

Role Expectations

• Lead and own project delivery

• Identify and manage risks

• Utilize JIRA or similar tools

• Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously

• Strong PowerPoint skills are a plus

• Medical industry experience preferred

• Technical background helpful but not required

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage strategic and operational projects in the Americas region

• Drive change management and process improvement

• Maintain project scope, deliverables, and dependencies

• Prioritize tasks, remove obstacles, and support value-driven delivery

• Collaborate across IT, Finance, Customer Care, Warehouse & Distribution, etc.

• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, and budgets

• Ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget

• Monitor progress and communicate status

• Perform risk management and mitigation planning

• Conduct project reviews and prepare reports

• Optimize processes and improve project delivery practices

• Navigate complex situations and apply sound judgment

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s in project management, business administration, engineering, or similar

• International certification (PMI, IPMA B/C, PROSCI ADKAR) is an advantage
