Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Redmond, WA Duration: 1+ Years

We are seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering internal products and administrative systems. This role oversees schedules, budgets, and project activities from initiation through delivery, ensuring communication and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, business process improvement skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities across cross‑functional teams.

• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Organize project activities, meetings, and communication to ensure timely completion.

• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal stakeholders.

• Analyze and measure effectiveness of business processes; recommend improvements.

• Research best practices and benchmark data to support process reengineering.

• Collect and analyze process data to enhance safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Support change management, measurement, and process‑driven system requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in business process analysis, benchmarking, and reengineering.

• Ability to work independently and apply professional expertise to resolve issues.
