- Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required
- Strong Proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel
- Strong Proficiency with Retail Operations across sales, merchandising, training and GTM execution
- Ability to Project Manage highly desired
- Need to be able to be successful in an extremely fast paced environment
- Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams
- Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end to end planning
- Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed
- Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skills
