Job Description
Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for tracking the status of assigned projects, updating documents, and customer reporting.
Essential Functions
- Manage projects from planning through implementation in accordance with Krypton's processes, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving workflow issues and push the team to ensure timeliness. Includes ensuring accountability for agreed-upon deliverables.
- Obtain and refine system knowledge to become valued subject matter expert for assigned team.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Maintain project documentation and participate in contract reviews.
- Provide routine updates to customers on the status of their projects.
Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or program management preferred.
- Experience using MS Project or similar tool
Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- Constantly operates a computer.
- Frequently needs to communicate information with other members of the organization.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
- Full Time - Onsite
- Exempt from Overtime
Travel
Occasional travel may be required for this position.
