In this role, you will collaborate with an elite team of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs), scientists, geologists and engineers on high-impact projects.

We are seeking a mid-level professional to lead project and client management across New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in remedial investigation and design, regulatory compliance, and environmental monitoring and reporting for a diverse client base.

Duties:

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Technical Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of site remediation projects, ensuring technical high-quality reporting from initial investigation through regulatory closure.
Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff to foster professional growth
Project & Client Management: Manage medium-to-large scale projects while maintaining strong client relationships
Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities
Strategic Planning: Drive strategy for remedial investigations, remedial action, design and implementation
Regulatory Liaison: Lead communications and negotiations with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to move projects forward
Operations Excellence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities and contributing to the firm's long-term development
