Project Manager – Travel Required
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dependable Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Travel to job sites to oversee operations and inspect work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to leadership
Manage documentation, reports, and project records
Resolve field issues and maintain productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Knowledge of construction, land clearing, or property services preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant field experience may substitute for formal education
Work Environment:
Combination of office and field work
Travel required based on project locations
