Required Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Agile certifications such as: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist (SA), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
5+ years as a Project Manager experience managing large-scale projects of moderate complexity and risk
Experience leading Agile teams and managing project lifecycles
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Microsoft Planner (Premium), JIRA, or similar

Preferred Skills

Master s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in project management in a government or enterprise environment
Experience leading application migration projects for government agencies
Experience leading complex IT projects
Experience working with state agencies, especially those within South Carolina
Knowledge of state government procurement and fiscal policies
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management

Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
