This position offers significant exposure to international stakeholders, complex logistics challenges, and strategic customer engagements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the transportation of equipment across ocean, air, and land modes.
  • Capture and analyze project requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
  • Support planning, costing, pricing, and proposal development activities.
  • Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery against customer requirements.
  • Create and optimize process flows for critical operational activities.
  • Manage tender processes and help secure competitive, commercially attractive solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and engage local stakeholders to gather insights and support execution.
  • Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the global Maersk network.

What We're Looking For

You are a proactive and solution-oriented logistics professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning challenges into opportunities.

Ideally, you bring:

  • Proven experience within Government and/or Defence logistics.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a track record of successful execution.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in developing customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A solid understanding of logistics products, services, and supply chain solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Citizenship of a NATO member state.
  • Ability to obtain the required security clearance.

What We Offer

At Maersk, you'll join a truly global organization where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth are encouraged every day.

You'll benefit from:

  • The opportunity to work on high-profile Government & Defence projects.
  • Exposure to international logistics operations and stakeholders.
  • Career growth within one of the world's leading logistics companies.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace where every perspective is valued.
