We're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership, keeps projects on schedule, and delivers an outstanding experience for both clients and trade partners.If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy leading residential construction projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.Learn more about us: https://masterpiececonstructiontx.com/What You'll DoAs our Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple residential construction projects while ensuring quality, communication, and scheduling remain on track.Your responsibilities include:Create and manage project schedules from kickoff through completion
Update schedules weekly using JobTreadCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Monitor job progress and resolve issues before they affect the project
Complete quality inspections using phase gate checklists
Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation in JobTreadCommunicate regularly with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project
Manage punch lists and ensure projects are completed to company standards
Work closely with leadership to improve project performance and client satisfaction
What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll be successful when you consistently:Launch every project with a complete construction schedule
Keep schedules accurate and up to date throughout the project
Complete phase gate checklists at every stage
Maintain timely and accurate daily logs in JobTreadCommunicate proactively with clients and document key updates
Deliver projects with fewer punch list items at closeout
Help projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and following through.You may be a great fit if you:3+ years of residential construction project management experience
Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Solve problems proactively rather than waiting for direction
Appreciate established systems, processes, and checklists
Welcome feedback and continuously look for ways to improve
Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive client experience
Preferred QualificationsExperience with JobTread or similar construction management software
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Ability to read construction plans and specifications
Experience managing subcontractors and field activities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
