Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: Westminster CO (Onsite) Job Duration: 4+ Months Job Description: Job Summary
- Focus: Project execution, process adherence, and operational visibility
- Profile: Detail-oriented, persistent, diplomatic, and skilled at cross-team coordination
- Track active projects, initiatives, and operational workstreams
- Engage project owners for updates on status, risks, blockers, and milestones
- Identify overdue actions and unresolved issues; drive follow-up to closure
- Escalate concerns when commitments, deadlines, or deliverables are at risk
- Maintain accurate project dashboards, reports, and leadership updates
- Document, maintain, and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor compliance with established business processes and workflows
- Identify breakdowns, bottlenecks, and accountability gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process consistency and execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and transparency
- Gather and analyze information from Microsoft 365 platforms:
- SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI, Excel, Lists, OneDrive
- Consolidate data into actionable reports and dashboards
- Validate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies across systems
- Support leadership reporting with meaningful metrics, trends, and performance indicators
- Capture action items, owners, and due dates
- Follow up relentlessly to ensure commitments are fulfilled
- Build strong working relationships while maintaining accountability
- 3+ years in project coordination, project management, operations, business analysis, or process improvement
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- PMP, CAPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Persistent and proactive
- Comfortable asking difficult questions
- Naturally curious and investigative
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Results-focused with strong ownership
- Diplomatic yet firm in accountability
