Managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
Serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
Managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

Profile

The Successful Construction Project Manager Will Have:

at least 5 years of construction project management experience
a background building projects over $10 million in value
communication skills, both written and verbal
strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
a Bachelor's Degree
