Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
  • Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work.
  • Direct project planning, coordination, and execution alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
  • Track project performance and address challenges proactively to keep schedules and quality on track.
  • Facilitate project meetings and deliver consistent progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor junior project managers and project support staff.
  • Partner with field teams to maintain strong communication and efficient project execution.

Profile

The Successful Project Management Applicant will have:

  • Proven experience in construction project management (a strong background in municipal, public construction projects is a plus)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
