Job Description

A well‑established commercial general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to backfill a critical role due to a recent departure.
The PM will manage mid‑sized TI and renovation projects and must be able to pivot quickly between assignments.

This privately held general contractor has over 25 years of experience delivering traditional commercial projects, including industrial, manufacturing, clean rooms, healthcare, financial, and religious facilities. The firm operates with a lean team, a loyal repeat‑client base, and a strong reputation for professionalism and clear communication.

Description

* Manage TI, renovation, and select ground‑up commercial projects * Oversee schedules, budgets, and project documentation * Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors * Prepare detailed project lists with scope, location, and financials * Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

* 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience * Mix of ground‑up and TI/renovation project delivery * Proficient in Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera * Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred * Strong communication skills and ability to represent the firm

Job Offer

Salary range: $100,000-$125,000 * Immediate hire with project assignment flexibility * Stable workload with long‑term clients * Opportunity to grow within a close‑knit team
