Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates
- Conduct site visits and oversee quality control
- Manage documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
