Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities
- Coordinate onsite construction operations and ensure project objectives are achieved
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all project participants
- Monitor project performance, quality standards, safety requirements, and risk management initiatives
- Collaborate closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

- 3-10 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Life Science, Laboratory, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Industrial project experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time at project locations throughout Greater Boston
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in active construction environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

- Base salary up to $125,000
