Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve project issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
