Our client is a well-respected and established General Contractor in Columbus with over 50 years of success across multiple market sectors. Known for its training and development programs, this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them.

Description

Healthcare Project Manager- Key Responsibilities:

Provide project leadership and foster a proactive project safety culture
Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
Manage subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met.
Review invoices and documentation for timely funding.
Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health.
Represent the GC in subcontract negotiations.

Profile

Healthcare Project Manager- Successful Candidate Profile:

5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer

The Healthcare Project Manager will be offered:

Base salary: $110,000-$140,000
Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
