They deliver public and private sector projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial markets, and are known for a family‑oriented culture, local project focus, and promoting careers rather than hiring for single projects.

Description

Lead ground‑up and renovation projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
Spend approximately 50% of time on site and 50% in the office
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and senior leadership
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Stable work history with 2-3+ year tenures and clear career moves
Experience in healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial projects
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with construction management software
Professional and a great communicator with strong leadership presence
