Job Description

Senior Project ManagerAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You'll collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance and proactively resolve challenges. This role also includes mentoring junior project managers and contributing to strategic initiatives within the company.Our client is a reputable general contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial projects. Known for their commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation, they provide Senior Project Managers with the resources and support to deliver impactful projects and grow their careers.The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership, and bring strong communication and client management skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred.
