Job Description

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs and financial performance. Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budget. Work closely with the field team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing multifamily projects, ideally alongside other commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to independently manage projects while working collaboratively with the wider team. Proficiency with common construction technology and project management software.
