Project Manager

Our client is a well-established employee-focused construction organization with a strong reputation for delivering healthcare, multifamily, education, industrial, and public sector projects. Job Description

Manage ground-up construction projects valued at $5M+ from planning through closeout. Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and financial performance. Coordinate RFIs, change orders, subcontractors, and field operations teams. Lead client meetings and maintain communication with key project stakeholders. Drive project quality, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $5M+
Strong knowledge of project financial management and budgeting
Background in healthcare, multifamily, industrial, education, or similar sectors
Collaborative, analytical, and relationship-focused communication style
