Project Manager
Reporting to senior construction leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from institutional facilities to retail developments.
Responsibilities include managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships, coordinating with field teams, superintendents, consultants, owners, and subcontractors, reviewing estimates, pricing, and project costs to support financial success, leading project meetings and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.

For the Project Manager we are seeking: 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects, experience delivering institutional, municipal, education, retail, or public-sector projects, strong understanding of estimating, project pricing, and construction cost management, knowledge of concrete and structural construction scopes, strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, stable career history with a demonstrated commitment to long-term employers, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
