Project Manager - South Dade Healthcare Ground-Up

Our client is a multi-generational, privately owned general contractor with a long-standing presence in South Florida. The company specializes in education, healthcare, and commercial construction, delivering both occupied renovations and ground-up projects valued up to $30M+, with select flagship projects exceeding that range.

Manage all phases of a $60M-$70M ground-up construction project. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, construction, and project closeout activities. Lead documentation, change management, and project reporting processes. Partner with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and schedule performance.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Proven experience delivering large-scale new construction projects. Background in education, healthcare, or institutional construction. Experience with tilt-wall construction projects preferred. Based in Miami-Dade County or able to work locally.
