Job Description

Project Manager- Full-Service Construction

Our client provides construction management services across a wide range of commercial project types including K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, and healthcare markets. This fast growing company is one of the top general contractors in the area. The company has experienced significant growth, reaching approximately $240 million in revenue in 2025 and projecting $300 million in 2026.

Job Description

Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
3-7+ years of construction project management experience
Ability to run personal projects start to finish
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively
K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, or healthcare project experience is preferred
