Professionalism and mindfulness are key, as superintendents and project managers frequently work in sensitive healthcare environments such as ICUs and birthing units.DescriptionMy client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to join their growing team. This individual will be a strong leader, capable of managing complex healthcare renovation projects in active hospital settings. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of in-patient hospital renovation experience and a proven ability to oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage healthcare renovation projects in occupied hospitals across Northern Virginia Work directly with major healthcare clients such as INOVA, Calvert Health, and Kaiser Permanente.Ensure seamless coordination of all project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.Maintain compliance with healthcare construction regulations and infection control protocols.Initially work without an assigned APM, requiring strong independent management skills. ProfileExtensive experience in occupied space and healthcare interior renovations within the past 5 years.Proven ability to manage and lead teams in active healthcare environments.Exceptional professionalism and mindfulness in high-stakes settings.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance on the job site
