Job Description

Lead Healthcare And Medical Office ProjectsManage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation. Lead coordination with owners, architects, subs, and field teams. Oversee healthcare compliance, inspections, and quality standards. Drive procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change management. Foster strong team communication and problem-solving.A well-established commercial contractor delivering complex healthcare, federal, and commercial projects across the Southeast with a supportive, entrepreneurial culture.The successful applicant:Has 5+ years of PM experience in hospital or medical office projects. Has strong construction document and technical knowledge. Has a construction degree preferred. Military background welcome.
