Project Manager

- DC will:Manage commercial interior construction projects valued between $1M and $2M from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Lead site meetings, manage project documentation, and proactively resolve construction challenges.Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and project support staff to execute multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications throughout construction.Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service.Work from a client site in Washington, DC with an early schedule of 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. - DC will have:6+ years of construction project management experience.Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight.Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management experience.Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing projects valued in the $1M-$2M range preferred.Comfortable working on-site in the Washington, DC market.The Project Manager
