Job Description

Project Manager

My client is a privately owned commercial GC and design-build firm with 50+ years of construction expertise and a reputation for delivering standout retail, commercial, religious, and education projects. With $60M-$70M in annual revenue and ambitious plans to surpass $100M, they're growing fast, winning larger and more complex work, and creating real opportunities for talented construction professionals to grow with them. What truly sets them apart is the culture: close-knit, family-oriented, and built around being humble, hungry, collaborative, and trusted. PMs and Superintendents are empowered to run their projects like they own them-without the micromanagement-while still having direct access to executive leadership when they need support. If you're looking for more than a job-a place where your voice carries weight, your decisions matter, and your career can grow with the company-this is the kind of opportunity that's worth a serious look.

Job Description

The Project Manager's key responsibilities include:

  • Lead commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up.
  • Work closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets.

  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools.
  • Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Manage projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.
