Job Description
The Project Manager's key responsibilities include:
- Lead commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up.
- Work closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
- Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools.
- Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Manage projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.

The Successful Applicant
The successful project manager will have:
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
- Familiar with design/build construction processes
- Construction related degree preferred
- Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
- Experience using construction software- Procore preferred
- Scheduling and budgeting experience
- Client facing- Comfortable communicating with clients on projects
