Job Description
Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment with objectives. Manage project schedules, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases. Prepare and present progress reports to relevant stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion. Lead project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns. Monitor project performance, implementing improvements where needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
