Job Description

Project Manager

Lead ground-up commercial and CMAR projects valued at $20M+. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance. Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. Coordinate teams from preconstruction through closeout. Drive project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience delivering $20M+ commercial projects
Strong CMAR or ground-up construction background
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Stable work history with a reputable contractor

Competitive salary between USD 120,000 and 150,000. 10%+ annual bonus plus year-end incentives. Vehicle allowance and 3 weeks PTO. Long-term growth with a market-leading contractor.
