Job Description

Project Manager

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
