- Key ResponsibilitiesLead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites
Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved
Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable
Healthcare Project Manager
- Successful Candidate Profile5+ years of construction project management experience with a General ContractorProven expertise in healthcare construction projects (hospital, medical facility, or clinical environments preferred)Strong understanding of ICRA protocols and healthcare construction standards is highly preferred
Ability to read, interpret, and manage all construction documents and specifications
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, systems, and skilled trades
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders
