Job Description
Commercial Project ManagerMid-sized South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction, delivering ground-up and renovation projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, the firm partners closely with developers and owners to execute complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and value engineering.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and company quality standards
Coordinate on-site construction activities with superintendents and field teams
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and constructability
Manage change orders, project documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular project meetings, site walks, and progress updates with internal and external teams
