Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Track project financial performance and forecasting. Ensure compliance with public bidding requirements and prevailing wage regulations. Proven public, municipal, education, or government project experience. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and financial management.
