Job Description

Project ManagerTake ownership of $5M-$20M commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Build budgets, develop schedules, guide value engineering efforts, and drive project profitability. Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and ongoing project coordination. Partner with field teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Annual salary between USD 100.000 and 130.000 base + 10% bonus. $800 monthly vehicle allowance, relocation assistance, and strong benefits package. 3-4 weeks PTO, student loan assistance, and excellent work-life balance.
