Job Description
Concrete Construction Project ManagerThis opportunity is with a reputable employee-owned general contractor. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a focus on delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionManage multiple concrete construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.Procure materials and subcontractors while maintaining project budgets.Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Resolve project issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in project management in commercial concrete construction.Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, and cast-in-place construction.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer$100,000-$120,000 annually
