Job Description

Building Construction Project ManagerKey Responsibilities for a Building Construction Project Manager:Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability.Lead regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Support successful project closeout and client handoff processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
