Job Description

Project ManagerLead ground-up retail projects from award through completion. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication. Coordinate with internal leadership on project planning and execution. Support bid compilation and preconstruction activities. Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a small-team setting.$130,000-$140,000 base salary, depending on experience. 15 days PTO, 7 paid holidays, health/dental/vision, annual bonus, ESOP (5-8% contribution, 3-year vest).
