Project ManagerTake full ownership of diverse ground-up commercial projects.Our client is a fast-growing, employee-owned general contractor specializing in light industrial developments across the United States. With a strong pipeline and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects, they offer a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your contributions directly impact success. You will benefit from a stable backlog, leadership visibility, and clear career progression.As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and lead multiple projects from inception through completion.Manage several commercial construction projects simultaneously
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasting
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet safety and quality targets
Drive a safety-first culture across all phases of delivery
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks early to ensure smooth execution

Experience within light industrial or similar asset classes preferred
Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)What's on offer:Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000Employee ownership structure and strong benefits package
