Opportunity to Join a Leading Concrete Contractor!Our client is a leading concrete contractor specializing in flatwork and structural concrete projects. Based in New Jersey, the company delivers a wide range of concrete solutions, including footings and foundations, slab-on-grade construction, cold storage slabs, 3D concrete paving, exterior concrete paving, pervious concrete paving, and tilt-up panels.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously.Coordinate project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.Work closely with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and clients.Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and profitability.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Develop and maintain project schedules to meet client expectations.Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
