Job Description

Project ManagerOne of the fastest growing GC's in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager. Company portfolio consists of light-industrial and mixed-commercial buildings.About Our ClientOur client is a mid-sized organization (40ish employees) specializing in providing high-quality services within the Construction industry. Known for their personable approach and management style, this GC has remained a leader with regards to employee retention and overall satisfaction across the board. They were founded just over 10 years ago, but have quickly become well-known in the market, and have built a reputable, growth-based culture.Job DescriptionManage a mixed-bag of Commercial projects, mostly from the ground-upOversee project budgets, schedules, and execution

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery

Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle

Support preconstruction through closeout phases

Track record of delivering ground-up builds

Experience with tilt-wall industrial projects is a major advantage

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Excellent documentation skills

Ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities
