Job Description

Lead Public-Sector Construction ProjectsA well-regarded commercial contractor with a strong presence in South Florida's public construction market, recognized for delivering high-quality K-12, Higher Education, and government projects. Their team-oriented culture emphasizes integrity, accountability, and long-term professional development for project leaders.Job DescriptionManage K-12, Higher Ed, civic, and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Serve as primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and inspectors.Review drawings, process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.Oversee site activities, safety compliance, and quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors and negotiate scopes of work.Lead OAC, internal team, and subcontractor meetings.Conduct site walks and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Manage closeout, punch lists, and warranty processes.Mentor junior PMs, APMs, and project engineers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
