If you're looking for long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact on a growing team, this is an opportunity worth exploring.Glimpse of your role:Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to keep projects on track.Run project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Work closely with company leadership while helping drive successful project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The successful applicant:5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.Ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction experience is required.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (examples include overseeing two or more $10M+ projects).Strong budgeting and financial management skills.Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating project teams.Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.Construction Management degree preferred, though relevant construction experience or another related degree will also be considered.Estimating experience is a plus.What's on offer:Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (flexibility for exceptional candidates)Performance-based annual bonus$600/month car allowance3 weeks of PTO to start (includes sick time), with additional PTO based on tenure
