Job Description
- Support and coordinate projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and schedules.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, buyout, billing, QA/QC, punch list, and closeout activities.
- Majority of time split between office and local project sites. Some limited travel may be required

The Successful Applicant
- 2-6 years of construction project management experience (APM or PM level).
- Must have direct construction industry experience
- Experience with multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, wood-frame, renovation, or commercial projects preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, SmartBid, Smartsheets, scheduling software, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, budgets, and project coordination.
