Project Manager
Our client is a leading real estate developer and builder with a strong reputation for delivering luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities. They operate as a vertically integrated organization-developer, general contractor, and property manager-ensuring consistency and excellence across all phases of construction. The Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
- Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners
- Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards

The Successful Project Manager:
- 7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects
- Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects
- Strong financial and contractual management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
