Job Description

Project Manager

Our client is a leading real estate developer and builder with a strong reputation for delivering luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities. They operate as a vertically integrated organization-developer, general contractor, and property manager-ensuring consistency and excellence across all phases of construction. The Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery
Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners
Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards

The Successful Project Manager:

7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects
Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects
Strong financial and contractual management skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
