Description Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Manager
• Federal Construction, you will report into senior project leadership and take ownership of delivering complex, multi‑million‑dollar federal facility upgrades.Lead full project lifecycle management including buyout, contracts, budgeting, and schedule oversight

Own and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6Oversee both Project Management and Quality Control responsibilities ('dual‑hatting')Collaborate closely with estimating post‑bid to refine scope and delivery approach

Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving

Support site operations as needed to maintain a cohesive, hands‑on project environment

• Federal Construction we are seeking:5-7 years of Project Management experience within construction; federal project experience strongly preferred

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred; strong trade-based experience also considered

Comfortable managing both PM and Quality Control responsibilities
